1. Machining industry
Electroplated diamond roller has been successfully used in dressing common grinding wheel or directly grinding workpiece, and widely used in machining crankshaft, bearing, hydraulic valve and so on.
Electroplated diamond hand mixed files or machine files, as well as diamond grinding heads of various shapes, are widely used for machining and grinding, dies made of hard alloy or quenched steel, or workpiece surfaces and inner holes of various shapes.
Electroplated diamond reamers have become tools for reaming holes in hydraulic equipment and sewing machine parts. It has the advantages of high precision, high efficiency and durability.
2. Electrical and electronic industry
Electroplated diamond cutting tools for cutting hard and brittle precious materials such as semiconductors. The utility model has the advantages of high efficiency, narrow slit and less material loss.
Graphite and carbon materials commonly used in electrical and electrothermal equipment are hard and brittle, which can make the electroplated diamond grinding roller level the large stone block;
It can be cut with electroplated saw blade and shaped and grinded with electroplated grinding wheel.
3. Glass industry
The electroplated diamond cutter can directly take out the round blanks of various specifications of optical instrument lens on the optical glass plate.
Electroplated diamond grinding wheel, reamer, drill nozzle, etc. can be used for edge grinding, drilling and reaming on ordinary flat glass.
4. Arts and crafts and commodity industry
Electroplated diamond grinding head can be used to carve and polish various industrial fine arts such as gems, jasper and ceramics.
Electroplated diamond nail file is one of the complete set of finishing tools, which is used by people to polish nails.
Electroplated diamond grinding wheel is used for trimming rubber sole.
Basic process:
Selection of diamond:
Basic requirements:
1. Appearance characteristics: pure diamond should be colorless and transparent (in fact, it is often colored due to impurities and defects). The synthetic diamond is octahedron, rhombus dodecahedron, cube and its aggregate. It is usually yellow green, gray green in the case of more impurities, and black in the case of boron diamond.
2. Performance: according to jb2808-79, diamond is divided into jr1, jr2, Jr and jr44 models. The higher the grade, the higher the hardness, the better the quality, the more expensive the price, but not the better the performance. Although the hardness of jr4 diamond *, its sharpness is not as good as that of jr3 diamond. If the two kinds of diamond are used together, it can not only keep good performance, but also reduce production cost.
Impurity removal of diamond:
Magnetic impurity: synthetic diamond contains magnetic inclusions (catalyst metal), which are generally magnetic. The higher the content of inclusions, the stronger the magnetism. Diamond with strong magnetic properties, not only has many impurities, low strength and poor heat resistance, but also has a bad effect on the electroplating quality and is easy to form nickel nodules, so it is not easy to select. The reason is that the good conductor of magnetic inclusions makes the insulation of diamond particles worse and weak conductivity appears. Under the action of the clamp end effect of the power line, the metal nickel is preferentially plated on the diamond clamp end higher than the coating to form a nickel lump. In order to avoid the influence of magnetic impurities, diamond should be magnetic separation before use, * it should be carried out on a special magnetic separator, and it can also be used to remove particles with strong magnetic induction. Once the diamond is found to have strong magnetism, all diamonds should be returned.
Adsorbed impurities: in fact, diamond is not pure. There is always a layer of adsorbed impurities on its surface. If it is not removed in advance, diamond powder will float on the surface of electrolyte and cannot be deposited on the substrate. Therefore, diamond must be treated by hydrophilic (wetting) treatment before use, and the hydrophilic method can be referred to.
