Color coating roll is a product made of hot-dip galvanized plate, hot-dip aluminum zinc plate, electro galvanized plate, etc. after surface pretreatment (chemical degreasing and chemical conversion treatment), one or several layers of organic coating are applied on the surface, and then baked and solidified. Also because there are different colors of the organic coating color steel coil plate from this name, referred to as color coated coil.



In addition to the protection of zinc layer, the organic coating on the zinc layer plays a role in covering and protecting the color coated steel strip with hot-dip galvanized steel strip as the base material, preventing the steel strip from rusting, and the service life is about 1.5 times longer than that of the galvanized steel strip.



V coating structure type


2 / 1: twice for upper surface, once for lower surface and twice for baking.


2 / 1m: coating the upper and lower surfaces twice, baking once.


2 / 2: coating the upper and lower surfaces twice, baking twice.



V Application of different coating structures:


2 / 1: the single-layer back paint has poor corrosion resistance and scratch resistance, but has good adhesion, which is mainly used in sandwich panel;


2 / 1m: the back paint has good corrosion resistance, scratch resistance and processing formability, and has good adhesion. It is suitable for single-layer profiled board and sandwich board.


2 / 2: the double-layer back paint has good corrosion resistance, scratch resistance and processing formability, most of which are used for single-layer profiled plate, but its poor adhesion is not suitable for sandwich plate.
